Workshops

Deep dives with a dress code: Pants down, sleeves up.

I design and lead interactive deep dives, retreats and leadership conferences – for anyone who wants to make a difference. We take the necessary time to go deep without losing sight of the big picture. What are the interactive formats about? I help you to adjust leadership, organizational design, strategy and/or culture in such a way that you unleash more innovative power and dynamism. We achieve more added value and less blah-blah. I reveal ways to accelerate transformation and change without driving the tried and tested against the wall.

The content and set up of a workshop or management conference are always tailored to the respective context.

#new leadership, #ambidextrous leadership, #transformation, #corporate culture and #ambidextry.

Tried and tested tools, from my ambidextrous canvas to self-assessments and the ambidextrous leadership model are the methodological backbone. Through my work as a strategist for the BMW Group, I bring a relevant and practical perspective to the table.

My expectation for workshop: target vision and measures have to be compatible and implementable without falling short in terms of ambition and leapfrogging.

The content and procedure of a workshop or management conference are always tailored to the respective context.

Our approach

#1 Briefing

What are your goals? What should be different after the workshop? We determine the format of the workshop.

#2 Positioning

Self-assessments, culture mapping analysis: we find out where we stand and create the necessary transparency.

#3 Inspiration

Keynote speech, trend outlook, 360-degree radar. We clear our heads and ask questions that Google can't answer.

#4 Measures

Identification of obstacles and opportunities. We develop a connectable roadmap.

#5 Consolidation

What are the top goals? We agree on the next concrete steps.

#6 Transfer

Transfer to the company. Involving the team / other stakeholders.

Possible focal points:

Christian Schwedler Workshop Leadership

Workshop 1:

Ambidextrous Leadership

We use self-assessments to determine the current status of our leadership roles. We identify specific measures to strengthen ambidextrous leadership. In doing so, we also examine the directions of organizational development in order to implement ambidexterity in the company as well as to gain our own freedom in the hamster wheel of day-to-day business.

Would you like to strengthen ambidextrous leadership in order to master the ambivalent challenges of everyday leadership?

Workshop 2:

Transforming while Performing

We sharpen our understanding of how ambidexterity actually works and how it can be implemented effectively. We then identify our own roadmap: concrete measures that will take us towards our goals. The Ambidexterity Canvas and the “Magic Triangle” model with the 4 essential levers for effective ambidextry form the methodological basis.

Are you looking for a roadmap on how to reconcile day-to-day business and transformation?

Workshop 3:

Culture and readyness to change

We find the essence of the targeted corporate culture and describe desired behaviors. Industry Benchmarks provide orientation. We identify the biggest deviations and the most urgent areas for action, including measurable and compatible measures.

Would you like to align your corporate culture with the future?
